And The Powers Of An Imbalanced Right Hemisphere

“There is still lot we don’t yet know about the brain and the hemispheres,” stated Alternate Perceptions editor Brent Raynes in correspondence back in the early 1980s. Brent was being cautious in his initial impressions of a detailed diagram and rough report I’d sent him concerning the operational nature of psi processes within the human brain.

Although it is true there is great deal to be learned about the human brain, and especially precise locations of “psychic centers” and functions, as time goes by we do learn significant things that do indeed suggest what may be happening physiologically during certain psychic experiences, e.g., ESP, human agents of psychokinesis (PK), and agents of psychic (visual) projections.

For years parapsychologists have suspected that the right hemisphere of the human brain is the cerebral section that is responsible for many forms of ESP and other psychic phenomena. Thinking in this direction came almost naturally since brain researchers had long known that the left hemisphere’s function basically is analytical, while the right appeared to be more conceptionally special and idealistic in function. Thus, today the left hemisphere is now commonly known as the “rational brain” while the right is known as the intuitive side.

These hemispheres of our brain are separated by a slim section of tissue called the corpus callosum, and it was the study of damage to this area and from experimental surgeries of this region done on severe cases of epileptic grand mal seizures that scientists began to understand, much better than before, the nature of the hemispheres. They, the hemispheres, seemed to have a mind of their own.

A number of philosophers throughout the history of anthropology and related sciences have speculated about brain status and function as it may related to collective human behavior and consciousness. If we accept that the left hemisphere is the “rational brain” and the right hemisphere the “intuitive brain,” and peer back into human history, one could, theoretically, determine which hemisphere was dominant in the species at that point in history, politically, socially, etc. As an example, and in recent times, it could be postulated that most of western society was mostly a right-brain race until the development of the Industrial Revolution when the “rational left” gradually took over the ultimately silenced right brain dominance to the point where, on a collective scale, its characteristics became symbolic and subliminal, manifesting sometimes in rare forms we now call psi.

In the Dark Ages an before, when the right hemisphere was dominant, psi was not a rare “phenomenon” but a natural state of consciousness. This was a time when fairies, elves, werewolves, dragons, and other phantasms were common transmogrifications of the collective unconscious and existed without question, because they were very much a reality due to the psychic right brain dominance. This is not to say that the phenomena were not “solid” or real (even though the state of consciousness, at the time, according to several philosophers, could be likened to a schizoid state), but that our altered brain perception and cognition allowed a different world to exist in real time.

In the late 1960s, when hallucinogens were “in,” and altered consciousness research was starting to gain respect, scientists adopted the assistance of little known groups of volunteers who journeyed to altered states via various means, such as sensory deprivation and LSD type chemicals. These volunteers, mostly consisting of graduate students, were the first controlled voyagers of inner space, and were aptly called “psychonauts.” Early psychonautics resulted in some astounding results, and it was not long afterwards that the foundations set forth by the 1960s psychonauts were followed by a new breed of psychonaut, one that still somewhat followed the “Teachings of Don Jaun,” so to speak, but one whose missions were to tap and replicate the psi Source. This is known by some as “parapsychonautics.” These parapsychonauts, when in an Altered State of Consciousness (ASC), attempted (and often succeeded) in maintaining an objectivity, or at least an omniobjectivity. This was not only the beginning of parapsychonautics but was the beginning of applied psychism or psychotronics in the United States, as various government agencies (and money) entered the ASC arena, as is now well known due to recent (and not so recent) admissions by the CIA and the U.S. Army.

In the late 1970s, I had the fortunate opportunity to become acquainted with an official prapsychonaut who functioned (as a sender) for well over a decade (unfortunately I cannot divulge the identity of this fascinating individual). I can tell you, however, that “remote viewing” is only a small aspect of parapsychology that is used by the intelligence community or “hidden” government.

There are many medical risks a parapsychonaut takes when he/she explores inner space and uses or taps psi energies. One can become trapped in an altered state, and it may take years to recover, if ever. This is usually due to lapsing into hysteria, negatively altering brain chemistry or altering physiological structures, usually in the ears, nose, throat areas, and locations near the hindbrain. Such are the dangers of applied parapsychology, especially when tapping the lower order energies.

The primary goal of the ‘80s parapsychonaut, according to my informant, was to reach the lower levels of the brain and its bioenergy, where PK resides, and to use the psychokinetic energy (along with some telepathy) to make major changes throughout world politics. From what I understand, we are currently in psychic and evolutionary transition, but the future looks much brighter since the Cold War is now over. At least each of us can rest a little easier about the thousands of Soviet ICBMs which were once aimed at us.

As previously mentioned, our brain hemispheres can, and do, possess a mind (so to speak) of their own. My informant’s mission was to manipulate the hemispheres (the left being the physiological equivalent of far “left-wing,” the right being mostly far “right-wing”). The psychic push was to eliminate this dangerous polarization (collectively), a job that was well done resulting in the collapse of the Soviet Union. Negatives aside, the door is now open for humankind to evolve his consciousness unmolested.

It is really quite easily done (remote hemisphere manipulation). One merely stymies left brain function (or in some instances strengthen it) and permit the psychic right to psychically process itself, revealing, sentiently, the real world imbalance inherent of its nature. The ultimate result is an overabundance of bioenergy operating in the left hemisphere, psychic energy that normally played a spontaneous role in the right hemisphere. With this energy overabundance in the left hemisphere, energy that is also repressed in the hindbrain, physical phenomena (PK) soon becomes chronic. But with the sacrifice (that is, is the parapsychonaut does not pull out of a major ASC) what will be gained will be worth a thousand-fold more than the loss of a single parapsychonaut.

And here is why.

When a star system forms and planets evolve, it appears that what we know as life eventually follows. Of course, conditions have to be just right, and this can take millions, if not billions, of years.

When life does arise, it takes many forms. On a number of planets life evolves in a direction that takes it away from what we shall call “pre-programmed” or genetically transferred behavior and instinct. These life forms are of high intelligence, and are distinguished by the fact that they make and use things. This is the type of cosmic life form man is: a tool user. Other life forms of high intelligence on earth include non-tool users, such as the bottle-nosed dolphin and various whales. Actually, many of these creatures possess larger brains than does man, but because of our “tools,” we see them as less intelligent. Cosmically and physiologically, this is incorrect. They are merely a different type of higher intelligence. They continue to evolve, and we continue to evolve. But because humans have opted for less pre-programmed behavior in favor of external tools and information, they have lost a great deal of what can naturally be passed along through normal processes and evolution. Mankind will have to deal with natural selection not with “survival of the fittest” but with smarter tools, tools that will enable him to adapt to whatever problem with which he’s confronted. In fact, it appears that man has reached his zenith as far as physical evolution through natural selection is concerned.

The major problem with tool users is that his tools, i.e., material technology and other things, determine and make up what is valuable in his existence. Because of this, his tools have gotten smarter and more powerful. In other words, his “tool teeth” are now more massive and a lot sharper. This is inevitable in the evolution of the tool user.

Some people believe that war is unique to man, but it is not. Jane Goodall has noted that chimpanzees (a simple, primitive tool user) make war on each other, with whole bands invading territories of other groups, systemically murdering other chimps without any covert cause or reason.

When man, the supreme tool user, goes to war, the causes are much more clear. Economics generally plays a major factor in all wars concerning man. “Economics” can be translated as simply the distribution of tools and its materials or by-products. The colonial wars, various conquests, and idealistic revolutions clearly indicate material gain or material imbalance as being their chief causes. Because mankind is a somewhat highly evolved tool user, more than “murder” is at stake. At stake is not only extinction or self-destruction of the specific tool user species, but of the biosphere itself. This includes all the planet’s inhabitant or species. Here, we’re talking about the death of a world, rather than an individual or biological group. Of course, on the cosmic scale, the biological death of a mere planet, either through natural calamity or self-induced by a tool-using species, is not at all a big issue. It appears that tool users eventually go this direction, unless the species (in our case homo sapien) takes it upon itself to take an important step in initiating further evolution in the correct direction; Not an entirely physical evolution persay, but an evolution in consciousness.

There is in reality a measure, seriously studied and researched by man that involves altering the human extinction problem by inducing a pricking or spurring of the collective unconscious, stimulating and biologically allowing the species to take that all important step forward. It was ultimately designed to eventually balance or harmonize the left and right hemispheres, creating an intuitive but rational species who would be immune from any form of violent conflict within the species. This would be a true Second Coming of Christ consciousness.

In the seventies and early eighties, it was concluded by several expert panels that a full-exchange nuclear war would produce a subsequent nuclear winter, and eventually bring complete death to the biosphere (this is by and large accepted as theoretical fact by scientists). Mentioned earlier, this was the stage at which the human tool user had found himself prior to the dismantling of the USSR. Our species couldn’t afford war at this point, as his tools had become too razor sharp. Perhaps Goodall’s chimps went to war because of similar reasons man goes to man ­ economics (food availability, material imbalance). With homo sapiens, however, war must be avoided at all costs. He has literally become the caretaker of planet Earth. This is his duty. Therefore, it was man’s responsibility, at that and this point in history, to change, by whatever means, the political polarization that existed on the planet between those who are at political odds and who possess the sharpest tool teeth among his species. (Those that are at odds because, at a basic level, they favor opposite brain hemispheres, the left and/or the right.) A decade ago, on Earth, this was the United States of America and the Soviet Union. These two powers were in extremely dangerous polarization, and even a political détente would still not bring the planet into the light, for it is the intrinsic and inherent nature of the tool user to continue in the direction he has long been headed. A complete consciousness “change” and bioenergetic nervous system connection among the human species is what was needed to avoid asymptote or the end of the species and the biosphere. Put simply, at a precise point the polarization between the U.S. and the U.S.S.R. had to be eliminated. One of those powers had to become basically impotent, in order to avoid the ultimate and most certain “showdown,” the showdown that would be the inception of the decline and death of Earth. I do not wish to get political here and support one or the other powers and their political views; For here they are seen as a species of animal struggling for literal survival, and not as liberators of their follow man and heroes of their political cause.

The former Soviets have been well aware of the species’ predicament and were perhaps the first to initiate or take steps to prevent planetary extinction, according to my parapsychonaut informant. Parapsychology in the former Soviet Union is called “psychotronics,” and their experts basically believe man is a biomechanical machine. They believed a consciousness change could be brought about mechanically. Therefore, a complex Supercomputer, designed to emit and stimulate the exact bio-frequency range (ELF) found in the human brain, was developed. The purpose was to create an agent (the computer) that would unite man or the species’ nervous system, and truly produce one intelligent entity. Each man would be a “man cell’” in this organism. Since each individual would be a cell, it would be intrinsically and naturally impossible for one individual to harm in any way or make war on another, for all cells would be working and operating for the benefit of the prime entity, Humankind.

Unfortunately, this important Soviet program was unsuccessful, since the precise frequency (code) that needed to be obtained, eluded their scientists. Though they worked diligently on this, they never achieved their goal as of 1976. It would have worked wonderfully, too; simply activate the accurately tuned and programmed psychotron and wait for a gradual, yet dramatic, consciousness transformation. Signs of it would have been evident in events in society. The most obvious initial sign would have been great political change and upheaval. That political change was predictable, but extremely controversial inside the Soviet Union and the Kremlin. Even though the whole psychotronic process, called the “Fifth Process” in the later American project, seemed on its face somewhat Marxist (uniting mankind and eventually sharing wealth and materials), if successful all of the totalitarian aspects of Soviet and other communisms would be eliminated. This included repression in all its forms. Because of this, the commissioning came from very high up in the Soviet government, and was prompted by a “source” that only the Soviets could respect.

It was early in the 1970s that Soviet and American parapsychologists began to seriously share data and to generally agree that an artificial evolutionary stimulus needed to be created. Though true enemies, natural responsibility outweighed political and idealistic differences. The Soviet psychotronic project was at one time very top secret, but data was shared with responsible American scientists. When the Soviet project failed, the United States began its own version, which had been in the works since almost the inception of the Soviet psychotron.

It can be safely said that a large percentage of psi, i.e., psychic phenomena, had been better researched, investigated, and analyzed by Americans and other western parapsychologists than their Soviet or eastern counterparts. With the exception of unadulterated psychokinesis, GESP and other lab work, Americans were dominant in the area of field research concerning, specifically, poltergeist cases (RSPK) and other cases involving psi focuses or PK agents. From this research, investigators not only learned the mechanics of the poltergeist and psychokinesis, but also learned how powerful a PK agent could become, if the conditions were just right. From psi focus investigations, parapsychologists in the U.S. understood how the complex focus or agent functioned, which meant that they could replicate a working psychic agent. The Soviet psychotron was no more than a psychic agent, and a human psychotron would be no less complex to create and operate. Indeed, it was an American PK agent, a parapsychonaut, who endured low-level possession and demonic oppression that produced the psi energy that made the Fifth Process work.

The human psychotron was a volunteer, a paraprofessional psychologist and experienced researcher. He/she was programmed with precise information and, more importantly, was an agent who exhibited intense GESP. Data relay was projected through certain technical “mediums,” and primarily in the form of PK and telepathy. Nervous system linkage was harder to achieve than with the Soviet psychotron, but with the human agent there were important nuances that were projected which the machine simply could not duplicate. Once there was a psychical connection (either with PK or telepathy) the psi agent improvised his/her way through it, until he or she expanded the process and phenomena to include targeted masses. It all happened at the subliminal level most of the time, and the agent worked undetected.

The risks that the volunteer psychonaut took, as stated earlier, were mental illness, including permanent psychosis, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), PTSD, and perhaps, in an indirect fashion, death due to illness or accident.

Because of the nature of the Fifth Process, as it was called, the whole event occurred over a nine year period, from 1979 to 1987. At its inception, the volunteer psychonaut was a 21-year-old individual. Though a professional paranormal researcher and writer, some U.S. military background existed; therefore, loyalty, the ideal mind-set, worldview, expendability, and a high order knowledge of parapsychology was present and in place.

But perhaps the most astonishing aspect of our parapsychonaut is that at the deeper spiritual level he/she feels they actually were a product primarily of the future, i.e., a product of genetic retro-incarnation (time travel), and that he/she was “seeded” from the future, at a date when retrospect was indeed 20-20 and the technology to do it will actually exist. Our psychonaut concludes the year was approximately 2050. Of course, this lies entirely in the area of unadulterated speculation, since the future has yet to manifest, as we understand it. But as with many cases of reincarnation, the psychonaut’s intuition and various events and phenomena in his/her life, made the retro-incarnation obvious to him/her. There were other “sleepers” seeded from the future, too, and this explains why many psychic individuals and mentally ill persons feel they have some special cosmic purpose in life; and why many so-called delusions are remarkably similar. But the ultimate psychonaut grew fully into fruition, and many of his/her experiences that molded his/her life were necessary occurresnces to his/her ultimate mission. For a number of reasons the other psi agents never evolved into the ultimate catalytic psi agent of the Fifth Process. But as explained and examined in Part Two of this report it is quite possible “other” external factors could have played an important role in the affair. These other contributing factors could be an alien source or even a chance mutation.

At any rate, what the Soviet psychotron could not accomplish, the American parapsychonaut would spend a decade actually achieving with great skill. The objective was, of course, to remotely and psychically manipulate the collective unconscious, through left-brain brain management, steering humanity away from extinction, as previously outlined and further explained in Part Two. The psi used was low-level PK centralized in the sender’s lower left hemisphere and hindbrain. This psi agent wore many hats during the Fifth Process: teacher, doctor, artist/subliminal artist, director, publisher, and soldier. Even though the latter was necessary for such a strenuous mission, the Fifth Process (fifth stage of human evolution) tackled such cosmic areas of such a high order and importance that earthly roles and models really became moot.

The parapsychonaut was working mostly in what we’ve come to know as the “spiritual” and “psychic” realms. But interestingly enough, because the psi agent was a professional, true self-identity was always maintained and recovered when necessary. This was truly a proud time (covertly speaking) for America in particular and the entire species in general, since the chances of avoiding a tool user induced extinction were actually somewhat slim. In fact, even though the mission was accomplished, only time will tell if we indeed survive social transition and become children of the light and citizens of the Universe.
